We have been made aware of an active scam targeting Emblem members.
Scammers are posing as Emblem employees or members of our fraud department through email and by phone.
These criminals may:
- Ask for account or card numbers
- Ask you to move money
- Ask you to download software or provide remote access to your computer or device
This is NOT Emblem. Do not engage. Hang up immediately.
Important Reminders, Emblem will NEVER ask for:
- Your full card number
- Your full account number
- Your Social Security number
- Online or mobile banking credentials
- Remote access to your computer or device
If you believe you have:
- Spoken with one of these scammers
- Provided confidential information
- Allowed remote access to your computer or device
